Centurion Group (“Centurion” or “the Group”), a global leader in the supply of specialist rental equipment and services to critical industries, is pleased to announce significant progress expanding the Group’s operational footprint. As part of its drive to further establish itself as a leader in the global energy, infrastructure, power, mineral resourcing, food and drink and health industries in which it serves, Centurion has successfully completed four strategic acquisitions in 2023, increasing Group statutory forecast Revenue and EBITDA for 2023 by ~$25m and ~$10m to ~$745m and ~$146m respectively.

The four acquisitions are highly complementary to the Group’s current operations, significantly enhancing its position in structural growth markets and extending its product range into attractive adjacent categories.

In April 2023, Centurion acquired Blue Drop Solutions Inc. (“Blue Drop”) an experienced provider of government certified wastewater and water treatment operators to large remote camps across Canada.  The addition of Blue Drop will support Centurion in its ambition to deliver a full-service technical water offering to its Canadian customers.

In August 2023, Centurion acquired RioView Industries Inc. (“RioView”), a leading provider of environmentally conscious wastewater rentals and treatment solutions to Canada’s critical industries. RioView is highly complementary to the Group’s existing water and wastewater solutions and provides additional capabilities and operational footprint across Western Canada.

In September 2023, Centurion acquired Whitetail Energy Services Inc. (“Whitetail”).  Based in British Columbia, Canada, Whitetail Energy Services is a leading provider of modern accommodations, communication and ancillary equipment and integrated service solutions to critical industries. The acquisition of Whitetail expands the Group’s geographic footprint in British Columbia, providing access to the high-growth Montney gas basin, renewables and infrastructure projects.

In October 2023, Centurion acquired BBB Remote Site Services (“BBB”) based in Perth, Western Australia. BBB is a specialist provider of portable accommodation, camp facilities and catering, serving multiple critical industries, including mineral resources, construction, disaster recovery and agriculture.

Since its formation in 2018 Centurion has grown significantly, both organically and by acquisition, completing a total of 15 acquisitions, whilst growing Group statutory revenues by ~125% to ~$745m in 2023. Centurion has an active M&A pipeline and continues to apply a disciplined approach to target further high-quality businesses which support the Group’s continued growth strategy.

Fernando Assing, CEO of Centurion Group, commented:

“2023 has been a very exciting year for Centurion. The four acquisitions reflect the strength of our financial position and the exciting growth prospects across our business. They are a great strategic fit for the Group, expanding our footprint, whilst also adding greater diversity to our operations and additional geographic locations and enhancing our commitment to supporting our customers’ operations to become more efficient.”
