Kurita Membrane India will showcase semiconductor water solutions at SEMICON India 2026, including ultrapure water production, wastewater reclamation and resource recovery technologies.
Kurita Membrane India Private Limited will exhibit at SEMICON India 2026 in New Delhi from 17 to 19 September.
The company, jointly established by Kurita Water Industries and Membrane Group India, will make its first appearance at the event after beginning operations in June 2026.
At booth 1676, Kurita Membrane India will introduce water treatment solutions for India’s semiconductor market, combining Kurita’s water treatment technologies with Membrane Group’s business presence and expertise in India.
SEMICON India 2026 will be held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, and is jointly organised by India Semiconductor Mission and SEMI.
Kurita Membrane India targets semiconductor water solutions
Kurita Membrane India will present solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, where water quality, treatment reliability and process control are critical.
The exhibition highlights include ultrapure water production, wastewater reclamation and resource recovery technologies.
The company will also present analytical technologies and water analysis services for semiconductor manufacturing.
The official SEMICON India event map lists Membrane Group India Pvt Ltd at booth 1676.
SEMICON India brings semiconductor value chain to New Delhi
SEMICON India is part of SEMI’s global SEMICON series of semiconductor industry events.
The event brings together semiconductor manufacturers and foundries, manufacturing equipment and materials suppliers, engineering, procurement and construction companies, and other organisations across the semiconductor value chain.
SEMI said SEMICON India 2026 will bring the global semiconductor ecosystem together in New Delhi under the theme “Transform Tomorrow: Silicon to Systems – Building the Ecosystem”.
The event comes as India continues to expand its semiconductor manufacturing ambitions through India Semiconductor Mission.
Water treatment role in semiconductor manufacturing
Water treatment is a key part of semiconductor manufacturing, particularly for ultrapure water production and wastewater management.
Kurita Membrane India said it will introduce solutions that combine Kurita’s globally deployed water treatment technologies, products and services with Membrane Group’s foundation in the Indian market.
The company’s exhibition materials also refer to joint development initiatives with imec, a research and innovation hub for semiconductor and nanoelectronics technologies, and functional water technologies.
The release said Kurita Membrane India aims to raise awareness in the semiconductor market and expand customer touchpoints in India through its first SEMICON India appearance.

The announcement reflects growing interest in water treatment, recycling and resource recovery as India develops its semiconductor ecosystem.
