Industrial Flow Solutions has assumed full manufacturing operations for its proprietary OverWatch Direct In-Line Pump product line.
The move covers the OverWatch platform and associated products including DIP Système, DIP-Booster, DomoDIP, SIDINOX, DIPCut and related accessories.
Industrial Flow Solutions said the transition makes it the single integrated source for design, manufacturing and support of the OverWatch platform across global markets.
Manufacturing brought fully in-house
Industrial Flow Solutions acquired the intellectual property portfolio and worldwide commercial rights for the product line from SIDE Industrie through a series of transactions between 2019 and 2021.
SIDE Industrie continued to provide contract manufacturing support while Industrial Flow Solutions developed its own production lines.
The company said it has now invested in engineering and manufacturing capabilities at its facilities in New Haven, Connecticut, and Monselice, Italy, allowing it to serve global demand as sole manufacturer. Industrial Flow Solutions said it has operated in this capacity since the second half of 2025.
“We continue to be excited about the growth potential of our innovative OverWatch product line,” said Lance Wadley, Chief Commercial Officer at Industrial Flow Solutions.
“After years of investment and development, we are fully prepared to serve the existing installed base while meeting the significant market demand ahead from our integrated IFS locations,” Wadley said.
Direct in-line pumping for wastewater applications
The OverWatch Direct In-Line Pump System is designed to lift influent from the point of entry, reducing reliance on traditional wet well arrangements.
Industrial Flow Solutions says the system is used in municipal, industrial and commercial applications, including lift stations, wastewater treatment facilities, food and beverage sites, pharmaceutical processing, hotels, hospitals and residential complexes.
The company’s product information states that OverWatch is designed to contain influent, reduce odours and maintenance, and support flow management through smart sensing and variable speed drive technology.
Direct in-line pumping systems are one route utilities and facilities can consider when modernising wastewater handling assets, particularly where wet well maintenance, corrosion, odour or clogging are persistent operational challenges.
Supply chain and support implications
By bringing manufacturing fully in-house, Industrial Flow Solutions is aiming to consolidate engineering, production and technical support for the OverWatch range.
The company said its New Haven and Monselice sites will support demand across global markets, giving customers a single source for product design, manufacture and after-sales support.
The move comes as wastewater asset operators continue to focus on resilience, maintenance reduction and operational efficiency across pumping stations and treatment infrastructure.
