Environmental risk reduction company Adler & Allan has launched a survey which aims to gather information about the challenges affecting the water industry surrounding the drive to achieve new-zero by 2030.
The company said the water industry has a monumental challenge ahead of it. The target to achieve net-zero by 2030 is no small feat in itself. Combine that with an aging infrastructure known to exacerbate pollution events, and the knock-on impact on the use of Combined Sewer Overflows being catapulted into the public eye, water companies are facing a real catch 22.
The results of this survey will be added to a whitepaper considering solutions to the various challenges the water industry is currently facing.
