TÜV SÜD will participate in World Hydrogen Expo 2025 (WHE 2025), the world’s largest hydrogen industry event, taking place from 4–7 December 2025 at KINTEX in Seoul, Korea. The exhibition runs alongside the Hydrogen Council CEO Summit from 2–4 December, creating a combined platform for large-scale technology showcases and high-level strategic dialogue across the global hydrogen sector.
At World Hydrogen Expo 2025, TÜV SÜD Korea will present its hydrogen energy verification and certification services covering the full value chain – from production and storage through to transportation and end use. The company will highlight the role of international standards in building a safe and reliable hydrogen economy. TÜV SÜD Korea supports Korean and international customers in integrated energy projects, including renewables, Power-to-X systems and advanced energy storage solutions.
Supporting hydrogen safety and standardisation
Drawing on TÜV SÜD’s global technical expertise and long track record in testing, inspection and certification, TÜV SÜD Korea is focusing on strategic collaborations to help strengthen hydrogen ecosystems across Asia, with a particular focus on Korea.

Expanding hydrogen testing and certification in Korea
TÜV SÜD Korea currently provides certification services for hydrogen vehicles and components, as well as system-level risk assessments. The organisation plans to expand its testing capabilities in the region through partnerships with local hydrogen laboratories, helping domestic companies meet international certification requirements and accelerate entry into global markets.
