Tetra Tech, Inc., a provider of consulting and engineering services, has acquired IBRA-RMAC Automation Systems, Inc., a supplier of water systems instrumentation and digital transformation consulting services for water infrastructure.
Tetra Tech Chairman and CEO, Dan Batrack said: “Tetra Tech leverages digital technology solutions to improve operational efficiency for our clients in the water sector. The addition of IBRA-RMAC enables us to further expand our digital water consulting capabilities with state-of-the-art instrumentation, digital automation, and advanced data analytics services for our customers.”
