ERG (Air Pollution Control) Ltd has formed a strategic new Joint Venture with Neev Fluidex Pvt. Ltd to support the delivery of odour control and air pollution systems across India and Asia.
The new company, ERG Neev, will combine ERG’s extensive experience in designing and supplying odour, VOC and gas scrubbing systems with Neev’s considerable local engineering capability and on-the-ground project and service support.
Offering solutions to the municipal wastewater treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, metals and energy sectors, ERG Neev will provide a full range of locally engineered systems. These include bio-trickling filters, carbon filtration, packed tower scrubbers, and the V-tex® high-performance wet scrubber.
Before establishing ERG Neev, the two companies worked together on several odour control schemes in the Mumbai area, including the Bandra wastewater treatment facility. These successful collaborations demonstrated how ERG’s proven technologies, combined with Neev’s local engineering expertise and responsive service support, deliver reliable, compliant solutions tailored to regional needs – forming the foundation of the new joint venture.

ERG Neev will deliver locally engineered odour control systems for wastewater and industrial facilities across India and Asia.
James Scott-Bowden, Chairman and Business Development Director at ERG, said:
“Building on our experience and reputation in the region, the creation of ERG Neev gives us the ability to support customers more directly with local supply, installation and service. This is essential for long-term reliability and compliance.”
Krina Dossani, Director at Neev Fluidex, added:
“As air quality standards continue to tighten, this significant new joint venture allows us to deliver proven technologies alongside responsive local support, which is increasingly important. Working with ERG very much strengthens the comprehensive solutions that we offer to our clients.”
This latest move by ERG (Air Pollution Control) Ltd follows its recent agreement with Yurcent Environmental Technology of China to become exclusive agent and partner for its advanced third-generation Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) systems across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.
