GreenFil™ Activated Filtration Media
Description
Johnson Screens GreenFilTM activated glass filtration media is an inert, amorphous aluminosilicate manufactured from fully recyclable green and brown glass. GreenFil is verified to improve the performance of sand filters without the need for additional investments in infrastructure, and is used in single or dual media filtration in both rapid gravity filters (RGF) and pressure filters for treatment of various sources of water such as ground water, surface water, seawater and wastewater. Additionally, GreenFil is certified to both NSI/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 standards.
