Amazon Filters, a leading UK-based manufacturer of process filtration systems for the water treatment and industrial sectors, has opened a new 2,800 m² production, warehouse and office facility near Warsaw, Poland. The expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s European growth strategy and pushes total investment across the region beyond £1 million.
The new site, located at CTPark Nowy Konik, positions Amazon Filters’ Polish subsidiary as the park’s first tenant. The facility will significantly boost production capacity and improve logistics links across Europe, serving sectors including municipal water, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and energy.
Jan Gradoń, President of the Management Board of Amazon Filters Sp. z o.o., said:
“The new plant will significantly increase our production and storage capacity, resulting in a faster and more flexible service for customers in Poland and across Europe.
This investment directly supports our ‘quick and able’ manufacturing ethos – delivering filtration solutions when and where they are needed, helping our partners avoid costly downtime.”
Gradoń added that the new facility will include energy-efficient rooms and photovoltaic panels to reduce energy use and CO₂ emissions, aligning with Amazon Filters’ wider ESG strategy.
Supporting growth across European water and industrial sectors
The new 2,776 m² site comprises 1,175 m² of production space, 1,092 m² of warehousing and 509 m² of offices. It replaces a smaller facility that has operated in a mainly residential area of Warsaw since 2014 and currently employs more than 30 people.
Amazon Filters’ Polish operation complements its established sales and distribution hub in Germany and its global headquarters and manufacturing base in Camberley, Surrey, UK, which employs more than 270 staff.
The Warsaw plant will produce filtration cartridges using a meltblown polymer process, including the SupaGard, SupaSpun, Contour, VisClear and Kilbac ranges – all serving water treatment and other essential industrial applications. The site will also continue research collaborations with the Warsaw University of Technology.
Modern facility tailored for growth
Ewelina Sowa, Regional Business Development Manager at CTP Poland, said:
“The new warehouse, production space and comfortable offices have been adapted to meet Amazon Filters’ specific production requirements and will support the company’s continued growth.”
Karol Osiecki, Associate Director for Industrial & Development at Axi Immo, which brokered the transaction, added:
“The client chose this site because it best met expectations for the new facility. An added advantage was its proximity to the previous location, allowing the retention of existing employees.”
Celebrating 40 years of innovation
The Warsaw move coincides with Amazon Filters’ 40th anniversary year, which also saw the company exhibit at FiltraTEC 2025 in Warsaw – Europe’s largest industrial filtration event, attracting around 7,000 delegates from across the continent.
Founded in 1985, Amazon Filters manufactures high-performance filtration cartridges and housings used globally in sectors including water treatment, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, chemicals and coatings, and construction. The company operates under ISO-accredited quality management systems to ensure consistency and reliability across its international operations.
