Leaf Water has partnered with South East Water to provide tailored billing services for its customer frontline operations. This partnership covers both drinking and waste water services and will be customised to meet the specific needs of each household.
Leaf Water is the customer-facing trade name for Advanced Water Infrastructure Networks (AWIN), a New Appointment and Variations (NAV) provider. AWIN is owned by Advanced Utility Networks, a company that owns and operates electrical and water networks in the United Kingdom. Leaf Water provides drinking and waste water services across England as part of this umbrella organisation.
South East Water, which provides drinking water to 2.3 million customers in parts of Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, already has well established joint billing operations with Southern Water, Thames Water, Severn Trent Connect, as well as other NAVs, Icosa Water Services, ESP Water, mua Group and Matrix Water.
Tanya Sephton, Customer Services Director at South East Water, said: “We are delighted to be working with Leaf Water, who join an expanding list of commercial partners who are benefitting from our extensive knowledge of the water industry.
“Partnering with Leaf Water, and providing their third party billing operations, enables us to continue to grow our commercial operations outside of the south east and working with NAVs across the country is an opportunity we very much welcome.”
Iain Amis, Managing Director at Leaf Water added: “We’re thrilled to embark on this new partnership with South East Water, a trusted provider whose values align with our commitment to excellence in the water industry. This relationship marks an exciting step forward as we work together to deliver services across the country.”
