DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisition of Triangle Pump & Equipment, Inc., a US-based manufacturer’s representative and distributor of pumps and process equipment serving the water and wastewater sectors. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Ridgefield, Washington, Triangle has built a strong reputation for providing industrial pumping solutions, aftermarket service, and repair.
The acquisition strengthens DXP’s presence in the Pacific Northwest and supports the continued expansion of its national DXP Water division, which provides products and services to municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment markets. The transaction was funded using cash from DXP’s balance sheet.

Triangle recorded approximately $15.1 million in sales and $2.4 million in adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ending 30 June 2025. The deal was signed on 1 November 2025.
