Strengthening commercial leadership in activated carbon markets

McQueeney brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across the chemicals, polymers and advanced materials industries. Most recently, she served as Commercial Director at Delrin, where she led operations across the Americas and delivered profitable growth in a mature market.

Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade at Avient, formerly PolyOne, holding senior roles across regional, channel and multidivisional sales organisations. Her experience includes developing scalable go-to-market strategies and leading high-performing commercial teams.

McQueeney said she is looking forward to supporting customers as demand grows for environmentally efficient and domestic carbon supply, highlighting the role of activated carbon in protecting air, water and land.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in mathematics and physics from Eastern Michigan University.

Arq produces activated carbon products used in applications including water purification and environmental protection, supporting customers across industrial and infrastructure markets.
