Oligonucleotide and peptide purification technology on show at TIDES USA in May 2022

DuPont will demonstrate the benefits of DuPont™ AmberChrom™ resins for the life sciences industry at the key global bioprocessing event

In May 2022, DuPont will be showcasing its extensive portfolio of polymeric resin technologies for the bioprocessing market at TIDES USA, the world’s leading event for oligonucleotide and peptide therapeutics.

Key members of the DuPont Life Sciences team will be attending the event, demonstrating how the company’s chromatography resins and fine mesh ion exchange products can be used for the efficient separation and purification of oligonucleotides and peptides.

Three of DuPont´s scientists will present posters during the conference, exploring the important role of resins in bioprocessing and how specially designed products for the life sciences industry can be used to deliver durable and scalable processes:

• Daryl Gisch, Research Scientist will present a poster exploring how DuPont™ AmberChrom™ Ion Exchange resins can be used for chromatographic separation of peptides and oligonucleotide columns. Offering exceptional selectivity, consistency, and reliability.
• Martin Deetz, Technical Laureate will represent a poster comparing the performance of different reverse-phase resins when used for preparative oligonucleotide separations and a poster about how to design HPLC conditions to do an oligo separation

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about DuPont´s recently launched online sales portal eStore: DWS Life Sciences (dwsadvantage.com) which has been tailored to the specific needs of drug discovery researchers offering target ship times of less than a week on benchtop products.
